Description

Dark cherry red color, intense, with maroon trim. Powerful aroma of black fruits, toasted and dairy notes, spices. Complex and elegant. Intense flavor, fruity, toasted and spicy, with rounded tannins, good acidity, good structure and with a very long finish.

Gastronomy-Recommended dishes: Roast meats, lamb, pork or beef. Stews and stews, pieces of big game, cured cheeses.

Parenting time in months: American and French oak barrels(18). Bottle(24).
