The Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties with which this wine is made belong to the oldest part of our estate La Planta; cultivated at 911 meters of altitude in the clay-calcareous soils, with the limestone bedrock one meter from the surface. Aged for 16 months in barrels, 50% French oak and 50% American oak, makes it a fine and subtle wine. Ideal accompaniment for red meats, white meats, big game and feather, roasted or in sauce. Blue fish and soft cheeses.
