This product is the result of the union of basic ingredients (butter, eggs and flour) along with a tradition of excellent puff pastries from the region. This union has given rise to a gastronomic work of art “Las Corbatas de Hojaldre”. The VegaPas tie is covered in its upper layer by a glazed bath with chopped almonds, which gives it a unique look and a sweet taste. To keep this work of art intact from its elaboration to the first bite, the product is individually packaged.

Ingredients:

WHEAT flour, margarine( vegetable fats and oils (partially hydrogenated palm fat, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, soybean oil, sunflower, rapeseed and corn in varying proportions, palm fat), emulsifier(E 471, E 322- sunflower lecithin), acidulant(E330,E331), preservative(E 202) and dye(E160a)), sugar, water, BUTTER(10%), EGG white, ALMOND(1%), salt, yeast, corn starch and aroma.
