This product is the result of the union of basic ingredients (butter, eggs and flour) along with a tradition of excellent puff pastries from the region. This union has given rise to a gastronomic work of art “Las Corbatas de Hojaldre”. The VegaPas tie is covered in its upper layer by a glazed bath with chopped almonds, which gives it a unique look and a sweet taste. To keep this work of art intact from its elaboration to the first bite, the product is individually packaged.

WHEAT flour, margarine( vegetable fats and oils (partially hydrogenated palm fat, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, soybean oil, sunflower, rapeseed and corn in varying proportions, palm fat), emulsifier(E 471, E 322- sunflower lecithin), acidifier(E330,E331), preservative(E 202) and dye(E160a)), sugar, water, BUTTER(10%), EGG white, ALMOND(1%), salt, yeast, corn starch and aroma.
