It is an artisan cheese produced with raw sheep’s milk and with a mild but very characteristic flavor and of course with the nuances that the smoked give to the Idiazabal. A cheese awarded with the Super Gold medal in the last edition of the World Cheese Awards.


Raw sheep’s MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments and preservatives: E-252 and E-1105 (EGG lysozyme). Inedible bark
