As in the past, they continue to be made by hand, one by one, to obtain their unique light, crunchy and puff pastry texture.

Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (24%), sugar, matalahúga, sesame seeds, yeast, salt, natural anise essence. It contains gluten, sesame seeds and traces of nuts (almond).
