The elaboration of soft nougat involves a difficult process, always supervised by our nougat masters to get the exact point of set, which makes our nougat so characteristic. We use the perfect ingredients to get this delicious nougat in its version without added sugars.

Ingredients:

Almond(64%), Sweeteners(Maltitol Syrup, Sorbitol Syrup), E-471 Stabilizer, Egg White, Sweetener E-950, Aroma. May contain traces of other nuts.
