Made by family recipe with our mixture of sheep and cow’s milks, which provides a great balance in the mouth for its softness and creaminess.

Creamy texture, flexible for the most tender and becoming more brittle as it matures.

Ingredients:

Pasteurized milk of sheep (60%), cow (40%), salt, ferment and rennet.

Presentation:

Wedge of 250 gr approx.
