This Brut Nature cava, due to its low sugar content, is slightly bitter, which makes it a good ally for appetizers (nuts, olives, foie-gras canapés, caviar or substitutes …), wok vegetables, seafood and grilled meats.

Store in a cool, gloomy (low light) place. Winemaker’s tips: Consume f river (between 5 ºC and 8 ºC). If necessary, cool for two or three hours in a bucket with water, salt and ice. Avoid sudden cooling in the freezer.
