Verdejo White Wine DO Rueda PALACIO DE BORNOS – 75 cl

Monovarietal de Verdejo from vineyards located in the towns of Rueda, Pollos and La Seca, in the province of Valladolid. As a curiosity, the harvest is done during the night to preserve the freshness of the fruit, and winemaking is traditional in stainless steel tanks. A very aromatic wine, with citrus aromas assembled with herbaceous touches and aniseed nuances. Pairing: Pesto pasta, soft cheeses, rice and oily fish.
