What happens if they give me a package that is not in perfect condition?
Packing with the utmost care and dedication using the necessary means for safe transportation is not always enough, it is possible that during the journey to your home you may have suffered an accident and it may not arrive in the same condition as it left A Spanish Bite. How to act in that case?
1.- If the packaging is not in perfect condition, it presents small HITS or STAINS.
1.1.- ALWAYS MAKE IT RECORD ON THE CARRIER’S RECEIPT. “Packaging in poor condition, presents bumps (or stains, whichever corresponds)”, “Merchandise pending review”.
1.2.- Take a photo of the delivery note with your annotation, photo of the package and send an e-mail to email@example.com together with your data (name, address, contact e-mail, order reference and date of the claim) at the within 24 hours from the signature of the receipt. We will tell you how to proceed in each case.
1.3.- If once the package is opened, any or some products are broken or in poor condition, proceed as indicated in point 1.2 and older include photos of the damaged products as well as a brief explanation / description of the incident.
2.- If the packaging presents bad conditions, BIG HIT, STAINS (spillage of products due to breakage ..) Directly DO NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. Record as the cause of refusal “packaging in very bad condition” and notify A Spanish Bite via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org at within 24 hours to be able to initiate the pertinent procedures.
We will not be able to accept claims after the deadline (it is the agencies that set the protocol to follow and the deadlines for the claim to be admitted) or that do not comply with the indicated procedure.
